PAYMENT
There are two payment methods available on the website:

. Once your order has been successfully placed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation at the contact information you provided.
• Cash on Delivery with a 300 UAH prepayment
To place an order with cash on delivery, you must make a prepayment of 300 UAH. The remaining amount is paid upon receipt at a “Nova Poshta” branch. Please note that if you cancel your order or fail to pick up the package, the prepayment is non-refundable.
SHIPPING WITHIN UKRAINE
Orders within Ukraine are delivered by Nova Poshta.
Shipping times for in-stock orders:
• 1–3 business days.
Shipping time for pre-ordered items:
• 7–14 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a waybill number to track your package.
The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs in accordance with the carrier's rates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped only after full payment for the merchandise and shipping has been received.
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the recipient's country, the selected shipping service, and the weight and volume of the shipment.
For international shipments, the full actual value of the goods must be declared.
All customs duties, taxes, and other fees required by the laws of the recipient's country are to be paid by the buyer.
If an international order is returned, any customs duties, fees, or additional costs incurred in connection with the return of the merchandise may be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note: The customs authorities of the recipient country may impose additional taxes and fees in accordance with local laws. We have no influence over these decisions, so we recommend that you familiarize yourself with your country’s customs regulations in advance.
We are not responsible for the package once it has left Ukraine and been handed over to an international carrier. If you have any questions regarding the delivery or receipt of an international shipment, please contact the delivery service directly.

We strive to ensure that every order brings you satisfaction. If an item does not fit, is not the right style, or for any other reason, you may request an exchange or return in accordance with current Ukrainian law and the terms and conditions listed below.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
You may exchange or return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To process an exchange or return, the item must:
• Show no signs of wear or use;
• Retain their marketable appearance and consumer properties;
• Be free of stains, perfume odors, cosmetics, or other contaminants;
• Include all tags, labels, and original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that:
• show signs of use;
• were damaged after the buyer received them;
• have lost their marketable appearance or consumer properties due to the buyer’s fault;
• were custom-made to order or according to the customer’s personal specifications.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

• order number;
• reason for the return;
• complete refund details (IBAN, tax ID, full name);
• waybill number for the return shipment.
Once the return has been approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to ship the item.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of the brand.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error during order fulfillment, Problemes will cover all logistics costs.
REFUNDS
Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 3 business days to the specified account.
IMPORTANT
• Light-colored and white items are shipped only after full payment for the order has been received, in accordance with the brand’s internal policy.
